We offer free delivery for orders over $150. For orders under $150, we offer Saver delivery of £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked. Orders will normally arrive between 3-5 working days but please allow for extra time during this period due to a high volume of orders. This applies only to mainland UK postal addresses.

STANDARD DELIVERY

£4.99 for all orders

Orders will normally arrive between 1-3 working days via Royal Mail 24 delivery of £4.99 but please allow for extra time during this period due to a high volume of orders. Orders will need to be placed before 2pm Mon - Fri. This applies only to mainland UK postal addresses. Delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3-4 working days to arrive.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

£7.99 for all orders

Orders will normally arrive the next working day via DPD next working day delivery of £7.99. This applies only to mainland UK postal addresses. To ensure next working day delivery, orders need to be placed before 2pm Mon - Fri. Next day delivery to the Scottish Highland can take between 3-4 working days to arrive.

TRACKING ORDERS

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit www.royalmail.com or www.dpd.co.uk to track your order.

SATURDAY DELIVERIES

Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a Saturday.

TIMING OF ORDERS

We process orders in our warehouse from 9am to 2pm Mondays to Fridays. Therefore, if your order is placed on a bank holiday, after 2pm, late on a Friday or on the weekend, please expect a small delay. Orders will normally arrive in 2 to 5 working days.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Royal Mail will always try to deliver items on the first attempt, this may include leaving it at the property in a safe place or with a neighbour, however if this isn’t suitable, customers can use the Royal Mail app to stop this from happening at the address.

Royal Mail would then return the item back to their Delivery Office and leave a card with instructions for the customer to collect it.

REMOTE AREAS

Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 1 to 2 days. Local weather conditions can also affect delivery time.

At this time, we ship orders to mainland UK, Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands. We are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.

BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY

Over National UK bank holidays delivery will be delayed. Orders will be fulfilled on the next working day and will take 3 to 5 working days to be delivered.

Please Note: Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and after 2pm on a Friday will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday. Working days are Mondays to Fridays excluding bank holidays.
